I now am a Certified Sake Sommelier :)

I've become a certified Sake Sommelier a month ago, and the news letter I've received printed people who attended the courses with me, and also my comments.

I was really amazed to find out How delicious and flavoursome Sake is, and I wish I will be able to organise Sushi and Japanese cooking classes combined with Sake tasting in the near future!
