I would love to go back to Glastonbury again sometime in this year for a few days again, It is Most interesting place I've visited in UK after Bath.
Bath is such a beautiful city to explore.
There are so many shops sell spiritual goods from dark matters to higher matters, ugly to beautiful..
There are some beautiful places where I am so attracted to.
It is raining crazy in London these days.
In middle of June, I visited Glastonbury. I started thinking of visiting there around 2 years, and after visiting Avebury I and friends decided to visit there.
It was quite a journey from shopping incense, decorative accessories for home and beautiful stones, visiting Chalice Wells where spring water represents the blood of Christ miraculously springing forth from the ground when Joseph of Arimathea buried or washed the cup used at the Last Supper, I tasting this holy water, and climbing up to The Tor, and having Lunch at 100 Monkeys.
Actually drinking holy water from this spring ( Video) tasted much much more delicious and pure to me..than drinking red coloured iron rich taste in the middle of the garden..
Food at 100 Monkeys tasted divine, and they season the food with real salt, it is best to cook food with sea salt.
I love Italian Food, and I used to go to this Italian restaurant in Atsugi in Kanagawa when I was teaching English there.
My favorites were pescatole, and chicken and mushrooms cooked in tomato sauce, peperonchine, vongole Bianca..etc
I cook pasta a lot, and today I cooked vegetarian pasta with shiso butter for lunch.
I am trying to detox eating only vegetables and fish, meat once a week kind of.., little dairy, but I am not strictly doing... ;) however I don't eat much meat any more.
This pasta was so delicious.
Ingredients I used was,
chopped garlic, shallots, onions, half red chili, mixed dried herbs, baby tomatoes, red paprika. mushroom,
shiso butter( I made this with butter, and chopped shiso), and maldon salt, black pepper to taste, and of course Olive oil!
I've made Salomon Teriyaki, and scattered over sushi rice
topping, sliced cucumbers, red raddish, and takuan.
I sprinkled chopped chives and black sesami. Delish:)
I've worked for Hospital Club at Covent Garden during Kabuki and a year after event.
Chefs at Hospital are great to work with, and working there was good experience/
I made chirashi sushi for a bite before super!
This video made me cry, it is a real great speech this 12 years old girl made from Canada.
If you don't know how to fix it, please don't break it..
I am not blind...
We are afriad to share, and afraid to let go of our wealth, when we have more than enough....
One street child in Brazil said, I wish I were rich, if I were I would give all the street children food, clothes, medicine, shelter, love and affection.when this street child is willing to share,
Why we have evertything, why we are still so greedy...
All the money spend on wars, but instead if it is spent on environmetal answers, ending poverty..
Please watch this and pass around it to your family and friends....
You are what you do, not what you say
What you do makes me cry at nite.
I saw a girl sleeping rough this eveing, and I was thinking there are people sleep in the castle, and there are people sleep rough, and I was thinking this could be changed.
I know we can.
